New Media Lincs: Age UK Lincoln and Kesteven Project

As part of a short course for New Media Lincs, my group and I were tasked with creating a short video to explain the issue of loneliness in older people in cooperation with Age UK Lincoln and Kesteven. The video was to be used on the organisations website and social media pages with the aim of both driving donations and attracting volunteers. We were able to talk with and interview an existing volunteer and users of the service about the difference Age UK makes in their lives.

The video was created in a very short time frame, with just 5 days from brief to presentation of the videos and only 2 days to film and edit. The client was happy with the video we created and stated they had worked with professional companies who had not been able to produce such high quality content in such a short space of time.
